If you registered recently or are just now seeing this—no worries! We’re busy with final setup at the airport, not sitting at the computer answering emails. If you submitted, we’ve got it and we’ll see you at the front gate when you arrive.
Missed the online deadline? You can still drive in and register at the gate starting at 7:30 AM, as long as:

• We haven’t hit capacity OR it’s before noon ⏰
• Your vehicle is not trailered (trailered vehicles must park at River Valley Community Church)

📋 Important Registration Information

• Registration is Required:
  All vehicles must be registered in advance to participate in the show.

 

• Limited Space Available:
  Due to space restrictions, only registered vehicles will be allowed onto the show grounds.
  ➔ Non-registered vehicles will be turned away on the day of the event.

 

• Submission Requirements:
  To be eligible to participate:
  • Submit a completed registration form
  • Pay the registration fee
  • Forms and payment must be received before your space is confirmed

💲 Registration Fees

• $20 per entry if registered by May 28, 2025
• $25 per entry for day-of registration (only if space remains available — pre-registration is highly encouraged!)

Payment:
Cash or check payable to Madison Airport Events, Inc.
(Payment instructions will be provided during registration.)
