📋 Important Registration Information

• Registration is Required:
  All vehicles must be registered in advance to participate in the show.

 

• Limited Space Available:
  Due to space restrictions, only registered vehicles will be allowed onto the show grounds.
  ➔ Non-registered vehicles will be turned away on the day of the event.

 

• Submission Requirements:
  To be eligible to participate:
  • Submit a completed registration form
  • Pay the registration fee
  • Forms and payment must be received before your space is confirmed

💲 Registration Fees

• $20 per entry if registered by May 28, 2025
• $25 per entry for day-of registration (only if space remains available — pre-registration is highly encouraged!)

Payment:
Cash or check payable to Madison Airport Events, Inc.
(Payment instructions will be provided during registration.)

⚠️ Important Reminders

• Spaces are limited — register early to guarantee your spot!
• Incomplete forms or unpaid entries will not be considered registered.
• Vehicles without a confirmed registration will not be permitted onto the show grounds.
• Vehicles must comply with all event traffic and parking instructions.
