Join us at Madison Regional Airport for an exciting family-friendly Touch-A-Truck event where kids can climb aboard, explore, and learn about the incredible vehicles and aircraft that serve our community every day.

From fire trucks and police vehicles to heavy equipment, airplanes, and helicopters, there will be something for everyone to discover. Best of all, the event takes place at a real working airport, giving visitors a front-row seat to watch aircraft arrive and depart throughout the afternoon.

Whether your child dreams of flying airplanes, operating heavy equipment, serving as a first responder, or simply loves big machines, Touch-A-Truck offers a unique opportunity to get up close and ask questions of the people who use them every day.

What Is Touch-A-Truck?

Touch-A-Truck is a free, family friendly event where kids and adults can explore the vehicles and equipment that keep our community moving.

Climb aboard big trucks, check out emergency vehicles, see airport equipment up close, and explore aircraft on display, including the based Bell 407 helicopter operated by PHI Indiana 7.

Meet the pilots, firefighters, first responders, equipment operators, and airport personnel who use these machines every day and learn what they do.

Because the event is held at a real working airport, you'll also have the opportunity to watch aircraft arrive, depart, and operate throughout the afternoon.
