After closely monitoring the forecast and meeting with the National Weather Service in Louisville, we've made the difficult decision to reschedule Wings & Wheels 2025, originally planned for June 14, due to a high risk of all-day rain and thunderstorms.
🌧️ Unfortunately, the entire weekend is shaping up to be a washout, and safety always comes first—for our pilots, car owners, vendors, and guests.
👉 New Date: Saturday, August 9, 2025
All pre-paid items—including shirts, trophies, and supplies—will roll over to the new date. We’re still just as excited, and we’ll be using this extra time to make the event even better!
